The mission of MiSpacio is to provide an inclusive and judgment-free yoga and fitness space that helps our local and digital community better their lives through yoga, fitness & meditation. We are dedicated to create professional, thoughtfully organized health and fitness class that support our practitioners wellbeing – physically, emotionally and mentally.

Regular yoga practice improves flexibility, strength, and balance. It can help tone muscles, increase endurance, and improve overall physical fitness. Yoga also promotes better posture and alignment, which can reduce the risk of injuries and improve body awareness.

Reduce Stress

Mindful movement and breathwork, which promote mental clarity and relaxation. Regular physical movement can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It calms the mind, improves focus, and enhances overall mental well-being.

Enhance Health & Wellness

Yoga and physical activity has been shown to have numerous health benefits. It can help improve cardiovascular health, boost immune function, and regulate metabolism. Regular practice can also aid in better sleep, digestion, and overall well-being.

Yoga 101: Beginner Yoga Flow

The goal of this class is to create the foundation for a strong, flexible and technically sound yoga practice. You can expect to hear lots of alignment cues, use props, learn modifications that suit your practice and much more.

All Level Yoga Flow

Ideal for yogis of all levels, this class offers a range of options to suit beginners, intermediates, and advanced practitioners. It includes sun salutations, twists, binds, handstand variations, dynamic sequences, balancing poses, backbends, seated poses, and splits. Customize the class to fit your needs and practice at your own speed.

Inversion Strength Flow

The class is a truly all level, workshop style class that will be 75 minutes. We’ll begin by warming up, breaking down our focus for that class in every level. Then, apply our focus into all level sequences. 

Barre Bliss

Join our invigorating (60. Min) barre fitness classes to experience a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. Suitable for all fitness levels, our classes focus on sculpting and toning your entire body while improving flexibility and core strength.

Mat Pilates

A beginner Mat Pilates class is a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Using body weight as resistance, this class focuses on core exercises to enhance posture, stability, and overall strength. We strive to create a supportive environment that emphasizes proper alignment, breath control, and modifications for different fitness levels.

We believe in the quality of our classes, the capability & knowledge of our instructors and the inclusiveness in of our studio.  Above all, we believe that yoga and fitness IS FOR EVERYBODY and should be affordable for EVERYONE!
